Description

The open-to-all event provides the opportunity to celebrate Finland’s independence regardless of your background. Culture and art have a substantial impact on people’s well-being and the dialogue between various groups. 

The event will be held in Pikku Huopalahti for the first time. The multicultural Independence Day celebration will feature a variety of entertainment from music to dance. The performers include Hassan Maikal, Bali Boys Band, rap artist Mjay, Nigerian artist Ike Chime, dance groups Bhinekka from Indonesia (Laras) and Magnos Lopes from Brazil as well as Capoeira Clips Academia Europa, Helsingin Whusu ry.
