Description

In this series of Workshops you’ll learn how to develop, carve and print your very own Ex-Libris - a small print who tells who is the owner of the book. When designing your bookplate, you’ll explore symbols and motifs related to your name, identity and personal interests.

The course consists of six workshop meetings, and is organized by Helsinki City Library and Helsingin Poikien talo. The course is open for all 16-25-years old folks regardless of gender.

Maximum size of the group is 6 participants. The course is free of charge and all materials are included.

The course is bilingual (Finnish-English), and is led by art educators Tom Serratti and Piia Laiho. Welcome!

We comply the current COVID-19 regulations in our events. Please take care of good hand hygiene and use a face mask during the meetings. Thank you!
