DanceAbility uses movement improvisation and exercises that everyone is able to do. The classes are mixed ability, children with and without disabilities, parents are also welcome.

DanceAbility classes offer children and their loved ones opportunities for spending time together, enjoying movement and getting to know other people who are both different and the same.

Dance classes for all children! During the classes, the participants play with movement, all in their unique ways. The DanceAbility method used during the children’s classes has been specifically adapted to work with children.

The class instructors are certificated DanceAbility teachers. One adult can participate in the class with several children, for example siblings. Suitable for everyone, regardless of disabilities. The space is accessible.
