Description

This is an invitation to an expedition to the unknown! Annantalo’s spring exhibition in 2021 approaches photography through playful exploration.

Light and a camera lens bring up things that would otherwise be unknown to us or that we could not discover with our senses; scales change, motion is captured and other realities open up in front of us.

How can playing for the camera and with the camera extend our observations or understanding of the world surrounding us? What does the light draw for us and what does it highlight, what remains in the shadows?

The interdisciplinary art exhibition brings together works from Annantalo’s photography groups and other art groups, exploring what photography can do as a phenomenon, tool and a source of inspiration.

Launguage: Finnish, Swedish and English

In cooperation with Annantalo and HAM

The exhibition is open during the opening times of Annantalo.
